Taylored Lending privacy addendum

What this covers

Information you give on tayloredlending.com, such as your name, email, mobile number, property details and whether you agreed to receive texts, is used to answer your request and, if you apply, to process your loan through Ease Mortgage.

Mobile numbers and text consent

We do not share or sell mobile opt-in data or text-message consent with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and consent collected for the Taylored Lending text program are used only to run that program and to respond to your request.

Text messages are sent only if you check the text-message box. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. See the SMS terms.

Service providers

We use service providers (for example, our CRM and messaging platform) to store requests and deliver messages. They process this information only on our behalf and may not use it for their own marketing.
